Secure your place in the 2026 season, unlock the participant dashboard, and review the full process before you start.

    Sign up using your email and complete the basic account setup required for participation.

  2. Complete your registration details

    Enter your professional details accurately so your profile and certificate can be created correctly.

  3. Pay the participation fee

    Complete the ₹1,999/- payment plus 18% GST to confirm your registration for the season.

  4. Access your dashboard

    Use your participant dashboard to review the process, deadlines, and submission requirements.

  5. Review the guidelines

    Read the submission, campaign, leaderboard, and recognition guidelines before creating your case study.

Submit

Share one original case study, complete the guided worksheet, and publish your story before the campaign window opens.

  1. Choose one focus area

    Select the focus area that best represents your case study: Analytical Thinking, Business Impact, Decision Making, Problem Solving, or Subject Mastery.

  2. Complete the guided worksheet

    Use the worksheet to structure your experience, decisions, lessons, and outcomes clearly.

  3. Build one original case study

    Turn your worksheet into a readable case study that helps others learn from your experience.

  4. Review and publish

    Check your work for clarity, accuracy, and confidentiality before publishing it on AIxCompass.

  5. Submit before 6 July 2026

    Only submissions completed before the deadline can enter the campaign and leaderboard.

Common application questions.

How do I register?

You can register by creating or using your AIxCompass account, completing your participant details, and paying the season fee of ₹1,999/- plus 18% GST. After payment, you can access the participant dashboard and review the submission requirements. The process is intentionally straightforward so participants can focus on their case study.

How many case studies can I submit?

Each registration allows one participant to submit one original case study. You also select one focus area for that submission. This keeps the season structure simple and ensures every participant has the same opportunity.

What happens after I submit?

Your case study goes through a review and approval process before it can enter the campaign. If approved, it becomes part of the Thought Leadership Campaign and the public leaderboard. From there, audience engagement helps shape recognition outcomes.

What if my case study is not approved?

If a submission does not meet the expected quality, relevance, or community standards, it may not enter the campaign. Where possible, the team may indicate what needs improvement. Approval is required before campaign participation and leaderboard tracking can begin.

Are fees refundable?

No. Registration for the 2026 awards season is non-refundable and non-transferable. Participants should register only when they are prepared to complete the season under the published guidelines.

Do I need to attend the virtual event?

Attendance is encouraged because the ceremony is where the community gathers to celebrate the season. However, not being present live does not remove recognition eligibility. Important updates can still be shared after the event.
