FAQs
Questions about leaderboard updates and fairness.
How often is the leaderboard updated?
The public leaderboard is intended to reflect campaign activity during the live season window. Updates may happen on a rolling basis rather than at one fixed time each day. The goal is to show a fair public picture of how approved work is performing.
What metrics are tracked?
The leaderboard tracks views, reads, likes, and shares for approved case studies. These signals are used because they show discovery, attention, value, and amplification. Reads are treated as especially meaningful because they indicate time spent with the work.
Do views alone decide recognition?
No. Recognition is not based on views alone. AIxCompass first checks whether the case study demonstrates approved thinking and practical value, and then engagement signals help show how much the contribution resonates with the community.
Can participants share their own case study?
Yes. Participants are encouraged to share their published work with relevant professional audiences. Sharing is allowed, but artificial manipulation of engagement is not.
What happens if unusual activity is found?
AIxCompass may review patterns that suggest unusual or unfair activity. If needed, rankings can be adjusted to protect the integrity of the season. This helps keep the leaderboard useful and credible for everyone involved.
When are Top 5 contributions announced?
Top 5 contributions in each focus area are announced during the Virtual Awards Ceremony on 7 August 2026. The public leaderboard helps readers follow the campaign, but the formal recognition announcement happens at the event.
